Ashleigh Musselman brings years of focused experience in Texas HOA law and community association matters. Her work is rooted in guiding boards, management teams, and property owners through legal issues that influence the daily operations of neighborhoods across the region. She began her legal path after completing her degree at Sam Houston State University, followed by earning her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. During law school, she taught Constitutional Law to high school students through the Marshall Brennan Program and served as a volunteer advocate with CASA in Montgomery County. These early roles shaped her commitment to clear communication and practical problem solving.

Ashleigh’s background includes representing associations in collections, deed restriction concerns, general counsel matters, and courtroom proceedings. Her experience also includes court appointments on CPS cases in Montgomery County. She is licensed in Texas and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Her understanding of both litigation and day to day operational needs gives clients a balanced and realistic approach to resolving HOA challenges.

Raised in The Woodlands since childhood, Ashleigh has deep roots in the community she serves. She now lives in Spring with her husband and continues to support local organizations and families.
