Samantha Carnley is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Samford University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2002. While in law school, she attended a term at the International Environmental Law Institute in Victoria, British Columbia. She has served as a trial competition judge and adjunct instructor at Cumberland School of Law. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama.
Samantha spent over ten years practicing in the areas of complex litigation and real estate before opening her own practice in 2014. Currently her practice includes real estate, commercial litigation, probate and small business consulting. Ms. Carnley serves as local counsel for the firm in the Birmingham area. Samantha is of counsel with Argo | Hughes | Alfreds, LLC.
